Venez rejoindre notre équipe Travaux à Bordeaux. Reporting to the Director of the Works Division, you are responsible for supervising one or more construction sites.

As a true leader of men, you mainly carry out the following tasks:

– execution of works contracts

– site monitoring and control (establishment of detailed reports and schedules)

– coordination of teams in all trades, outsourcing

– application of HSQE regulations and ensure that subcontractors also comply with them.

The team

The works division is currently composed of 14 personnes:

1 Director, 6 works supervisors, 3 work assistants, 2 economists and 2 buyers

You will be surrounded by collaborators from the design office, promotion and legal service

Degree and experience required

– Diploma training in work management is expected for this position (BAC+2 minimum)

– 5 at 10 years of experience
